Located in Walnut, South California, DiskPro Corporation has been serving our wholesale and retail communities throughout U.S.A. and Canada with premium products, excellent services and competitive pricing since 1994.
We are constantly broadening our scope of products, where our current product lines not only include CDR and DVD media; we also direct import CD Sleeves, CD Mailers, Plastic cases, LED batons and Stroble light beacons.

Ordering
Our Online order system utilizes Secure Server protection. You may forward details with our Online Order Form with complete confidence. When your order is processed successfully, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation from us within 24 hours.
You may also call us at (909) 598-0808 for order status. If you feel more comfortable sending your Credit Card information via Fax, you can print out details and Fax to (909) 598-6768.

International Orders
The check out system is designed for and reflects domestic US shipping rates only.
Canadian & International customers who are interested in our products, please do not order at this website. Please email or fax us for shipping quotes.

Payment Methods
All major credit cards are accepted - VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express Card.
Our checkout system is designed for US domestic orders only, where we do not accept domestic order with international credit cards. We strongly recommend using the same address for both your billing and shipping information. Otherwise your order could be delayed for verification.

Shipping
Shipments are sent via UPS Ground unless upon special request or arrangement. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. Please allow 2 to 5 days for UPS delivery.
Since our shipping cost calculator is linked to the UPS website, if the UPS web site is down, our system cannot display the freight charges. Please contact us directly at 909-598-0808.
All prices are FOB Walnut, CA 91789. Shipping & handling charges will be added to all orders.
Packages under 5 lbs may be shipped by US Postal Priority Airmail.
International Orders: Please contact us via e-mail or fax.

Volume Quantity Order
UPS Shipping Rate Calculator for volume quantity such as multiple boxes sometimes may not reflect true shipping cost accurately.
In such cases, we will e-mail the Actual UPS Shipping Cost to you upon receipt of online order details.
You will reserve the right to cancel the order if you do not accept the Shipping Cost. Your Credit Card will NOT be charged until the Final Order Confirmation.

Customer's personal and credit card information is used only for the verification and processing of your order. It is our commitment that we will never sell or share your information for any other direct mails or marketing purposes.

Warranty & Return Policy Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 45 days from the date of purchase. Seller shall not be held liable for any damage or loss, technical incompatibility, errors in writing process and mishandling of the media products by users/customers. Return is accepted within 30 Days from date of purchase. Refund is subject to merchandise in its original packaging and 15% re-stocking fee, we shall not be responsible for return shipping charges.
CD-Rs & DVD-Rs are not returnable after being opened or used, regardless.
